Snow Is fun. Exept when you need to get somewhere, and cant get out of your own driveway! Well I have had snow for more than a week now. My doc said take it easy and no skiing snowboarding. So I went sledding and had snowball fights with my siblings among other things. I havent made and shot a snowman yet, guess I'm getting lazy.
Pulling cars up the driveway with our little Subaru has been fun. The subaru has fourwheel low range and chains. So it does a pretty good job of pulling vehicles up the driveway.
My neice was over tuesday, she is so cute. My Brother inlaw has a nice bick chevy that gets around well. 4x4, diesel, good all around work truck, uses it to tow his trailer.
Well I get my pins out on monday, then I have some therapy to go to. Haha me on therapy, thats just what I need. I asked them what we would do the first time I went in and they said mostly work on scar massage.

Yeah with those pins I can see why you would need some therapy! I'm really glad I didn't have to go through that. But just think, it'll be over soon and you should be almost back to normal!
You've been taking it easy? Snow ball fighting with pins sticking out of your arm.... How does that work? And sledding? Man, I must be a worry wort or overly cautious (I am overly cautious, it's kind of funny. One time I was walking, trying to anyway, down this steep hill and my friend Sarah just lept down the hill and I was kind of inching my way down holding onto foliage and stuff. She just stood there laughing at me, in my defense I was wearing flip flops and could've easily fallen.) LOL.
I'm getting creeped out just thinking about having pins sticking out of my arm....
All of our snow is mostly gone (thankfully, they already canceled two days of college) and I'm hoping there won't be any more snow. How much snow do you have?

Yes I already did some therapy.
The therapy is mostly scar massage.
the reason for that is the scar tissue could interfere with my tendons and i wouldnt have the same use of my hand.
Jane: My brothers truck is a chevy 2500 with the duramax diesel. It is black short bed and extended cab. Yes my niece is cute.
My( and his) niece will be turning two this year on May 22nd!!!!
LOL! You in therapy!!!! Dude, my family got a cool book you'd like. It's the mandatory helicopter pilots manual. Pretty sweet, but sorry, I can't share it.

The doc only removed four of my pins. He wouldnt let me keep the external fixators, and he told me that it had been used on several patients already.
My Mom took a video of the dock taking the stuff out of my arm.

We've had snow every weekend for the past five weeks or so. We're expecting more this Saturday. O_o Amazing. Great to hear you got your pins out! I hope your recovery continues smoothly.

No, he hasn't. He has been fasting from the computer.I finally got to see the movie, which is sad, because I live in the same house as him( being his sister and all that:) and it was cool, wasn't it Jane!! But he said I could tell everyone that got his last pins out!! yay whoopee! And he went to his therapy appointment earlier today!!
That was so mean! I liked it. It's too bad he couldn't get video of the last three. I think it woulda been better.

Fasting from the computer is really healthy every once in a while! We have fasting from internet, since so much school needs to be done on the computer...
